Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sales are final. Exchange is applicable only in cases where an incorrect size or wrong product has been dispatched due to an error on our part. To be eligible, the request must be raised within 5 days of delivery, with original packaging and tags intact, and the product unused and unwashed. NO EXCHANGE IN CASE OF JEWELLERY.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
 
Customized items (such as special orders or personalized items) and items on discounts cannot be returned or exchanged or cancelled.

Any saree ordered with fall and picot and dhotis ordered with Starch and Pleat or stitched are not eligible for return or exchange. Any product/item gifted by Lalieaudy, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewellery
Exchange is available only in genuine issues like manufacturing defect/wrong delivery... sharing of Uncut unedited 360degree Parcel opening video from cutting seal to checking product is mandatory to settle any issues
Product and it's defect must be visible clearly in single video
No complaints /claims without video will be entertained

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
 
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange except in situations mentioned below.

To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 5 days of receiving delivery with the intent of exchange or there shall be no refund after 5 working days, the order will be exchanged with the same valued products or credited in the wallet to use within 3 months from issue.

If return and refund is approved, the amount would be Credited Wallet and you can use it on your next purchase.
 
-Please mention the order number in the subject line of the email to help us quickly process your exchange request.

-Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

-Shipping charges are non refundable.

-The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

-Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

-The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not the shipping charges.

REFUNDS:

If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping only if asked within 5 days or a coupon will be raised for future use bounded by a time frame of Three (3) months.           
                               
Refunds will be done in the following case:

1. Packages lost in transit.
2. A material defect has been found in the product(s) and we were intimated about the same within 7 days and the returned packages received was in correct condition with tags and invoices attached.
3. Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment. 
 
No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:   

1. Incorrect delivery address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
3. Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
4. The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will give you a coupon code of the entire amount.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
